God's Bud - (Apparel Currently In Design)

by ~p

Type:  Indica Dominant

Grade:  A-

Smell:  Deep mint, light citrus, and pine.  After grinding, citrus is much more pronounced.

Taste:  Deep minty green and a little citrus fruitiness up front.

Effect Type:  A powerful Indica with the associated appetite stimulation, mild-analgesic, antiemetic, and mild-sedative effects. Great for pain, nausea, or insomnia. This would be a good one for me to have before bed.

Effect Length:  1.5hr

Overall:  Medium-dense nugs, hairy and well-manicured. I only sampled a very small amount so I can’t say what a larger batch may look like.  As you can see there are lots of hairs all over whatever surface you’re working on.  Note to strain namer: thank you for the great herb!  While this is fine medicine, I believe God would have something a little better like Sour Diesel.  Just my .02.

Mr. Nice - (Apparel Available Online In Our Store!)

by ~p

Type:  Indica

Grade:  A

Smell:  light fruity pebbles smell (sour diesel has the strongest fruity pebbles smell, IMHO), really…more like the milk after the bowl of cereal.  Interesting, maybe I’m just hungry?

Taste:  somewhat minty and earthy, balanced between the two.

Effect Type:  Effects exhibited common to both subspecies, including appetite stimulation, relief from fatigue, and as an antiemetic. - Unusually cerebral for an Indica-dominant strain. I felt this immediately in my head, very little body effect for me with this.  Great for mornings and preparing for the work day ahead.

Effect Length:  1.5hr

Overall:  Not very stinky, but smells great….doesn’t light up the room when you open the bag like some others.  I enjoyed the quick onset of increased, abstract mental activity…I think this will be my wake and bake selection for Saturday morning.  Motivating.

Blueberry - (Apparel Currently In Design)

by ~p

Type:  Indica

Grade:  A

Smell:  fresh-cut lawn, rosemary, blueberry smell noticeably absent.

Taste:  nothing in particular, very subtle and smooth, many nuances, hard to pin down

Effect Type:  Noticeably effective analgesic properties, good for mild pain relief.  I found a 3-5 minute lag between ingestion and relief of pain symptoms.

Effect Length:  1.5hr

Overall:  isn’t a huge stand-out, isn’t very aromatic, but is highly effective medicine for particular applications.

Mendocino Purps - (Apparel Available Online In Our Store!)

by ~p

Type:  Indica

Grade:  A

Smell: Very subtle 'purple' or grape-like undertones (remarkable because the flowered medicinal-buds have no dark or purple color as one might expect) Citrus- lime overtones, it's similar to the aroma when you pour Gatorade powder mix into a container and smell the dusty Gatorade powder a little.  Makes your nose tingle a little, and has a light 'airy' presence to it's overall aroma.  Lemon/limeade and a trace of wispy green scent-not quite pine or evergreen- make this light a room up.

Taste:  Green and spicy

Effect Type:  An Indica-dominant hybrid with very well balanced theraputic effects common to both subspecies. Light heady/cerebral effect balanced with prevolent appetite-stimulant/analgesic/sedative effects, but I don’t feel lazy or 'couch locked'. A nice break from hyper-cerebral Sativas. Not the best for mornings, as it can delay the start of your day considerably. Amazing for relaxing and putting to rest sore muscles. In my experience, the medicinal effects eventually dissolve, bringing some solid 'munchies' to my otherwise fleeting appetite for food.

Effect Length:  I administer about every 1.5 hours after work is done…the effect probably lasts a little longer, but that’s the time of day where all tasks are completed, the pajamas are on & the bed awaits.

Overall:  Dense light green nuggage, medium-sized trichomes are visible but not coating the medicine like 'snow'.  The aroma is incredibly amazing, MP could be one of my all-time favorite aroma's simply because of the 'illusion' created from smelling distinct grape/purple scents, while the buds show no sign of purple or dark discoloration common with any other 'Purple' strain.

Afghani Kush - (Apparel Currently In Design)

Grade : B

Type : Indica

Looks : Light green, fluffy nugs with plenty of sticky trichomes and brown/red hairs throughout. The amber trichomes give this medicinal-bud a slight brownish hue.

Smell : Musky and strong with a hint of what can only be described as a faint "basement" smell (like a dry basement, but not at all unpleasant) with a little skunk mixed in.

Taste : Just like it smells. The vapor came out smooth with a strong "basement" taste with hints of skunk.

Effect Type: Prototypical Indica - Mild-analgesic, antimetic, appetite-stimulant. I experienced my head 'tingle' almost immediately onset after administration. The analgesic relief (or 'tingle' as I can best describe) spread comfortably yet quickly to my extremities and body as a whole. Definitely not a 'creeper' strain.  My girlfriend and I found ourselves incapable of making the four foot trek from floor to couch about 15 minutes after administering. Definitely not for mornings, but absolutely perfect for de-stressing after a long day. Good for insomnia too as this strain brings the Z's fast.

Effect Length: The full effect lasted for about 2 to 2-1/2 hours for me, with some lingering effects for about 3-1/2 hours.

Overall : Great strain for anyone who loves indica and the ensuing couch-lock. Also good for anyone with joint/muscle pain as both my knee and back pain melted away with the first application. The bud could have looked 'prettier', but that depends on a number of cultivation variables.
